Question about email routing

Is it possible to route an email from one service to another based on the disposition code chosen? For example, let’s say we have a process where someone performs the task and another person checks it, could the system route that into an authorization service / queue

Based on your example, the agent should transfer the case to the correct queue.

Optionally, you can setup email content filters to automatically route emails to the correct services based on keywords, phrases, etc.
