Sometimes in the interaction records, the scenario will say Default Bridge Scenario. Usually these calls are a few seconds long, but sometimes it will show for calls last a lost longer. I can listen to the recording but cannot change the disposition. What is a default bridge scenario?
Default Bridge Scenario is the scenario used when an agent places an outbound call from the Agent Desktop to a recipient. This can also include calls out to another agent, and transferring a call out to a third party.
