Mediatype: "Chat". "disposition": "CONFERENCED" and "SYSTEM DISCONNECTED" in "Calldetail" (CSV)

Hello!

When exiting the chat (the block “FindAgentForChat.1”=“timeout” or “FindAgentForChat.1”=“NoAgents”) in the “CALL_DETAIL”(CSV) statistics, there are two entries in the location field “disposition”:

  1. “CONFERENCED”.
  2. “SYSTEM DISCONNECTED”.

What is the reason for getting these two records in the reporting? I can’t explain “CONFERENCED”.

I know this is an older question, but if this is still an issue for you can you provide a little more detail?
Can you provide an image of your chat scenario with the fields expanded?
