When exiting the chat (the block “FindAgentForChat.1”=“timeout” or “FindAgentForChat.1”=“NoAgents”) in the “CALL_DETAIL”(CSV) statistics, there are two entries in the location field “disposition”:
“CONFERENCED”.
“SYSTEM DISCONNECTED”.
What is the reason for getting these two records in the reporting? I can’t explain “CONFERENCED”.
