Dispositions on direct dial calls?

We are unable to disposition an inbound call when a customer comes in using an extension. Is there a way to add dispositions for this scenario?

Dispositioning a call requires that a Service be assigned

For your extension dials, there is currently no service assigned.

To modify this behavior,

  1. Log in to admin
  2. Create a new Service (Extension Dial for example)
  3. Use dispositions and require dispositions would be checked for this service
  4. Define your dispositions
  5. In your scenario, if caller chooses to dial extension, use the “Request skill or service” block to set the service, prior to the delivery (Connect Call)
