We are unable to disposition an inbound call when a customer comes in using an extension. Is there a way to add dispositions for this scenario?
Dispositioning a call requires that a Service be assigned
For your extension dials, there is currently no service assigned.
To modify this behavior,
- Log in to admin
- Create a new Service (Extension Dial for example)
- Use dispositions and require dispositions would be checked for this service
- Define your dispositions
- In your scenario, if caller chooses to dial extension, use the “Request skill or service” block to set the service, prior to the delivery (Connect Call)
