Redirecting a DID

We have a DID we need to direct to another number but I don’t see in BP where I can do that.

You can leverage scenario design to do that. So have that number launch a scenario in your dialer. There are really 1 of 2 ways you can do this.

  1. Keep that scenario accessible to only that number and add a Connect Call block to transfer too. Screenshot is that basic example to transfer to 15555555555

  2. Add an IF block to a commonly used scenario. You’ll want to add the condition of the IF to say “From” “Equals” “15555555555”. From there you’ll just add the same Connect Call block.
