I am currently testing with a Jabra Engage 50 headset attached to a Jabra Engage Link (controller). The controller allows for adjusting headset volume, muting, setting user availability lights on the headset to available/unavailable, and there is a button to answer/hang up a call. That last button is not compatible with the Bright Pattern Agent Desktop for answering/ending calls. I thought it would be a nice touch for this piece to work. I am aware that the headset manufacturer (Jabra) may be the one that has to add some sort of compatibility for this, but I wanted to throw it out there just in case. It has been an amazing headset so far with customizable software that allows for audio customization and hear through technology (sidetone level) that enables an agent to hear their own voice and relieves that stuffy head feeling. I often get questions about supported headsets. This one isn’t cheap, but has been working for me.
