Is there api to take call as well?
Bella, AFAIK that API is designed to work from a screen pop window, on an existing call/chat.
For cases when you want to host the widget, there is a bit more functions 5.8:Embedded-agent-desktop-sdk-specification/Purpose - Bright Pattern Documentation
I also heard a similar API will be available in Full Agent Desktop soon.
