Are call recordings are written to disk as they happen or if they are done post customer call once the call (or segment?) is completed?
Call Recordings are written to disk immediately once the interaction is complete. The pointer to this data will be written to the database (along with all the other call data) on the aggregation interval. Retrieval of the interaction will be unavailable unless accessing directly on the disk until the aggregation is completed and the RTPserver ID is written to the database. Once this is done, the portal server will be able to reference the file location and retrieve the file.
