I have a question about the TTS function.
We use TTS for the service announcement in the Connect Call step. We use Google’s de-DE-Chirp3-HD-Puck as the voice. German is the only language used throughout the entire scenario.
Now we have noticed that the announcements heard by the agent vary at this point. Sometimes the correct voice is used and in other cases a different, incomprehensible/foreign version is used. What could be the reason for different voices being used for the service announcement?
