TTS not working properly for spanish callers

When trying to read items such as currency or spell out items, the TTS is not working properly and will not read the item from a variable in Spanish. It works fine for English callers.

Arayaalmond, our documentation specifies “that not all currencies are supported in all languages.” This is why the US dollar cannot be read in Spanish. As per the card number, if you use the voice segment type “voice” then you will be able to read out a card number. Please note that you could still configure the prompt to read currency if you configured it to read as shown below.
Segment A - dollar amount - voice segment type = number
Segment B - “Dollars and” - voice segment type = voice
Segment C - cent ammount - voice segment type = number
Segment B - “Cents” - voice segment type = voice
