Our logo size, taken from our site changes in different environments of email.
In some environments logo gets magnified to oversize and sometimes keeps the original size. We use Microsoft Outlook.
Jeneva, the size of the original image from the site is restored when passing through the Outlook.
Is it possible to use a different image with the proper size and add it to the Signature?
Add image is possible if you just drag-and-drop the picture from the site to the KB article (image must be hosted in place available from the public internet).
