Can we have a sound or a beep added to notify if there has been a response on a non-active chat? This would help prevent misses and reduce delays in responding to non-active chat windows. They are handling multiple concurrent chats.
Jowie, enable browser notifications about incoming chat notifications in the agent desktop, also, check the browser to make sure all notifications are enabled
