Audible Alert for Agents

Hello, is there any way to set up an audible alert for agents (from agent desktop) for some use cases, like:

Agent exceed his break time
Agent exceed ACW time
or any other break state.

Alerts like the supervisor ones that can be setup widely but for agents.

Hello Cristian, as you noted, there are alerts for the supervisor screen, however at the current time there are not audible alerts for agents with the exception of call in queue, please open a product enhancement request with the customer success team
