We configured the Prompt Playback block with “Allow interrupting prompt by phone button” set to “Not used”. However, when a caller presses multiple digit keys during prompt playback and the prompt finishes playing, some of the digits entered during the prompt are carried over and passed to the Collect Digits block when it executes. According to the configuration, DTMF inputs during prompt playback should be ignored, but they are still being processed. Please investigate the cause of this issue.
