Customer has 1 agent experiencing audio issues

Hello, we have 1 Single agent WFH is experiencing 1 way audio.
They are currently using Earbuds and Wifi.

We currently do not support use of earbuds at this time. Also, if the network connection issue appear frequently, we would suggest running a wireshark trace on the agents machine to see if there are lost packets/ slowness. Avoid to use WiFi as well and use cable internet connection
