Use activity form Field on Workflows

Hello, is there any way to use an activity form field on a workflow?

I have an outbound campaign where we need to schedule a call for another team/service, so the agent needs to input a date/time upon disposition to schedule the call to a list that the other team will work.

We can’t find a way to do this without using external integration via WS.

Create a custom activity history field, map this field on the form In a workflow, use the Bright Pattern search object, by GIID.

The array will be returned, and can be parsed to extract the field - custom_XXXXX
