Ohh yeah…we ran into this before. It is something pretty silly, but it is likely due to a single interaction having two dispositions that are the same disposition. Like “Call Transferred” and then the next agent transfers the call and dispositions the call as well as “Call Transferred”. It is the Global ID having multiple dispositions, not the interaction ID.
