I have a report from a customer and I want to know if this can be configured or not.
If it is possible in the incoming calls that instead of showing the name of the scenario to show the Access number that their customers are dialing, not the name of the scenario.
Please let us know if this is possible, I’m attaching an example the call is showing the caller id of the person who is calling and then is showing the name of the scenario but they want to know what access number the customer dialed.
