Voicemail number redirect?

We have a condition to direct any call after hours to go to an external number. How do we reroute that?

We have done this in a scenario with Connect Call block, section Override Destination where you add the external number. In our case it’s with + sign and added country code.
You’ll want to have a check before via IF block if customer is an Anonymous caller. If that is the case, we Play a Prompt asking to turn the number showing on (if further service needed) and call back.
To show the caller number to external number , check if you have in Dial-Out Entries marked: Use customer party number on transfers and consult calls (if available)
