We are currently unable to use our CRM platform from inside the Brightpattern Agent Desktop. To my understanding, this is due to a change made to Chrome and the way it handles iFrame-embedded content. Any suggestions?
Please utilize the below steps to disable the Chrome feature impacting iFrame access:
- Continue using Chrome once it upgrades to version 80 but turn off the security feature manually:
- Go to chrome://flags and disable #same-site-by-default-cookies and #cookies-without-same-site-must-be-secure .
- Restart the browser for the changes to take effect.
