What do you want on the exported xls/csv?, if just services names why dont you create a report against the service_in_time_counters table and do a distinct select of service names this should give you all services on tenant, you can then schedule in front end tenant to export your xls/csv to your destination pickup.
If you want more information on the service e.g created date, mapped dispositions e.t.c, i thing the services collection in your MongoDB might help, how to get this data out, not sure except via external BI tool or own instance of JasperServer
