Reschedule an Outbound Campaign Call Attempt using the Desktop Javascript API

Is there a way we can reschedule a call to a later time usignf the desktop javascript API, the reason we asking is that the setDisposition or setDispositionByName don’t provide a way to pass the time, is there a way we could implement this as we would like to agents to reschedule the attempt directly from our own application instead of using the agent desktop UI?

Will this work on version 5.3.19.51471 or do we need to upgrade? If we do need to upgrade, which version do we need to upgrade to for this feature

I think you need to Upgrade, but honestly i don’t remember already. 5.3.19 was current a while ago
I’d say you better Upgrade anyway
