We have an agent that is suspected of not using their time wisely. Where can I see a report for their time spent in status?
You’ll find that in the reporting section within the admin portal. Check out report → agent/team report
Basically anything that starts with the word agent in that list is your best bet to look at how an agent is using their time. We had one that got really cute and we needed to look at how often they were switching. Agent Activity csv is your best bet for that breakdown.
