When reviewing the Local Requirements documentation at https://help.brightpattern.com/5.3:Contact-center-administrator-guide/Appendices/SystemRequirements can I please confirm that the following are outbound ports (it is not expressly stated - though I do not believe UDP is bidirectional).
- RTP audio stream, utilizes UDP, ports are dynamically allocated in the range 40,000 to 65,535
- On the client computer side, UDP port 5060 open for the SIP softphone
