Export Call Recording to a Windows FTP server


Our client gave us an ftp host to send call recording. We put the username and password but we are getting login failed error. The credential works fine when you use Filezilla and can put data there.

BPCC can reach the host on port 21 just fine so it doesn’t look like a firewall issue.
Their FTP host is running on Windows.

Any thoughts what’s happening here?
