Desired features:
Ability to define agent skill settings and to dynamically assign those subsets to agents at any time during their work shift.
Enable supervisors (or a specific user that has privileges to edit skill levels only) to define skill settings for each day of the week (Mon-Sun) in advance and have the skill levels change dynamically to mirror our scheduled shifts. Allow supervisors to define settings for a month in advance and have the skill levels change dynamically.
