I am editing our list of dispositions in a Service. I wanted to know if changing the name of a disposition will change all the prior calls with that disposition?
Historical data will stay intact for any previous dispositions. The new ones/updated will only apply from the date of change moving forward. Keep in mind that dispositions are session based, therefore, if you change dispositions during a shift, agents will need to logout/login to load the newly changed/added disposition
