Calls Still Received After Hours

We have an IVR setup with an if statement that does a time/date check for a services hours of operations. We found calls are still showing up in our report and are wondering why they are still coming in.

Well, for starters…If the number is still a live number and connects, it WILL show up in the report regardless. However you should see it as a disconnected in IVR or something to that degree.
