Callback inquiries

I have a question.
There are 2 customers waiting.,
First customer callback. When you say that the second customer is waiting.
When the agent is ready status will search this callback client connections.
I would like the callback customer to connect only if there are no standby customers.
Is there a way?


Maybe not so that it only kicks in when there are 0 customers left waiting. But you could give them a much lower priority after they press the call back number.

At the start of CallBack in Find Agent, put a set priority block.
Put the priority number on 0.1 or even 0.05 to make all calls that choose CallBack to get a very low priority compare to calls that are actively waiting in standby.
