Call Recordings - Privilege Question

Good day!
We’ve run a lot of tests to confirm the below behavior, but we just want you all to review it and confirm that this is accurate and expected.
Users who have ‘Do not record calls’ unchecked (Admin → Users → Person) and ‘Listening to own call recordings…’ checked (Admin → Roles → Properties)
External calls: All of their external calls are recorded, inbound and outbound, by default
Outbound calls: They are able to download/listen to the external outbound calls they make from a service, but they are not able to download/listen to the external outbound calls they make with a service not selected, even though both are recorded. The ones made with a service not selected must be pulled from the admin site.

Looks like the reason these aren’t able to be listened to is that they’re not attached to any Service. Recording permissions are cross referenced to the services the listener is assigned to, or “allowed” to listen to.
