Is there a way to edit the default autologout threshold for inactivity?
Nope. Not that I have ever seen. As I understand it, that is hard coded and used typically for detecting network outages on the agents end. So if BP servers cannot talk to that agent or that agent’s agentdesktop doesn’t check in with the server for a period of time, both ends have their own threshold that say…this agent is no longer available and logs them out.
