Hi,

We are currently integrating our application with the Agent Desktop web page using the Agent Desktop 1.0 SDK Events.

We have a few questions regarding Agent Desktop 2.0:

  1. Will the Agent Desktop 1.0 SDK continue to be supported in Agent Desktop 2.0, or will it no longer be compatible?
  2. Will there be a dedicated Agent Desktop 2.0 SDK available?
  3. If an Agent Desktop 2.0 SDK is provided, will there be significant changes to the SDK APIs and event model compared to Agent Desktop 1.0?
  4. Is there any migration guide or documentation available for customers who plan to migrate from Agent Desktop 1.0 SDK to Agent Desktop 2.0?

We would appreciate any information you can share regarding the roadmap and migration approach.
