Time limit for preview record alert

We would like to have an ability to limit the time agents spend in Accept/Reject preview record

If you are referring to preview outbound campaigns you can.

Administrator : Services & Campaigns : -select your service- : Outbound Tab.

Towards the bottom you will see “Start Dialing after”. with a text box labeled seconds. We usually set it to 30 seconds.
