In Latinamerica there is no limit in the number of times a mobile phone can be dialed and there is no restriction related to “Predictive Dialer Mobile Phone Consent”, in order to configure a better strategy in the Dial Rules, separating Network Announcements into “VoiceMails” detected prior to the Answer and “any other announcement” would allow to focus on “Voice Mails” with a higher probability of contact.

Just to clarify, you are suggesting network announcements are being tagged as ‘Voicemails’ and you would like them to be treated differenctly for reporting and converstions? We have experienced that even detecting voicemails works 5-10% of the time and calls are tagged as handled. It is one of our challange as well hence trying to some integrated AI solutions with BP.
