I’d like to do a screenpop to my agents with a Preview campaign - since this does not use a scenario, is there a way to do a screenpop?
On the outbound>>general tab, you may insert a screenpop for preview campaign. Note that you may also use your list field values as variable components of the screenpop link. These may be referenced as $(workitem.fullInfo.FIELDNAME)
