Queue Prioritization & Skilling

We are trying to prioritize specific services to be answered faster than others. How can we achieve this?

Setting priority within a scenario will prioritize calls that go through that conditional selection of the scenario to be answered over other calls in the scenario. This can also be set on a scenario entry level but will not impact the priority of calls answered through other scenarios.
