We have a scenario and as typical, the estimated wait time plays. Instead, we want to be able to count the number of callers ahead of the person that called in queue. Anyone else pull this off?
You’ll want to do a lookup within the Scenario using the “Get Statistics” block and look up number of calls queued for that service. From there, just place a play prompt and use that variable.
