In the SV dashboard where agents are listed, the OUT Handled column is showing blank even though agents have made an outbound calls.
For example, attached is a screenshot of SV dashboard You can see that the agent 1 and the agent 2 each has made few outbound calls, but the OUT Handled shows 0. What may be the cause?

From the report I see that the agent made outbound calls without using any service. Each call must use a service to be displayed in statistics.
Every entry in Directory > Dial-out should have services assigned
