Just wondering if anyone has had any experience integrating BP with Oracle Service Cloud? We were sent a ZIP file by our integrator/vendor but it seems to be different than what is referenced in the Integration documentation. We have a CRM support team for Oracle but they were a bit unsure if the integration process has changed.
