How do we turn on screen recordings?

This is done within the Quality Management section of the Tenant Admin. If you do not have screen recording or Quality Management as an option, open a ticket with Bright Pattern support.

One last note: Agents must be using the Agent Desktop Softphone (bpclient) as the phone device in order for screen recordings to work. They cannot use WebRTC.
