Hi,
we’d like to make a cutover to SSO but we want to have a backup strategy at least temporary
Some sort of bypass on a team basis

There is an option for that:
first all the users who suppose to use it should be the privilege assigned - “Bypass Single Sign On”


and then they can use the following URL for getting into agent desktop to bypass it

https://<tenant.domain.com>/agentdesktop/?bypass-sso=1
