We’ve created a campaign List that had a priority setup, but when doing a testing priority is not working. please see attached files
Jeneva, it looks like you have the priority set to expire after 30 minutes, Was this test with the first 30 minutes after upload? https://help.brightpattern.com/5.3:Contact-center-administrator-guide/Lists#Priority
And please note that it only applies to the first attempt as the documentation clarified
