Agent Desktop Homescreen

The agent homescreen has only limited possibilities to customize the content. A workaround is to build up a “website” via PowerBI and use the URL under the general settings of the callcenter configuration but not all customers are using PowerBI.
I would like to get a fully configurable screen. No limits about the number of widgets, organizing widgets in tabs and having a grid for the positoning of the widgets. Screens should be able to be assigned to teams and roles. Hope this is an idea for many companies in the community.
