We tried to run a report from beyond 3 yrs but they are all coming up blank.
There is a set retention period in the tenant saftey limits. If you are a hosted Bright Pattern customer, this setting is controlled by your service provider (Bright Pattern). You should open a support ticket with your service provider (Bright Pattern) to ask what your tenant limits are. By default, historical reporting and recording retention is 30 days. Some tiers allow for extended reporting that go beyond a 12 months.
