How long does it take to go into No Answer

How many seconds does it take for an agent to receive a call before it goes back into queue and what is the specific duration meaning of “No Answer”.

Typically, it is 30 seconds. I think that is the default. However, if you check out the scenario builder the connect call block has a field in there that can be changed. That should work for either connecting to an agent or if you are dialing out from an IVR
