We are configuring Dialer for US numbers.
We have to make sure that we only call numbers per timezone between 9am to 8pm.
I know we discussed that if I put 9am-8pm in the calling hours, it will check the area code of the number.
To make sure I also enable safe calling hours. Can you confirm if our setup should be able to make sure we don’t dial outside the calling hours?
Amybritton, this looks like the exact configuration that is needed to accomplish this. You may also consider adding postal code to the list using safe calling hours if you want to cross verify area and postal code timezones.
