Some of the customers receiving calls are getting the Called ID on their screen as SPAM. Is there a way to prevent this?
This is a new functionality offered by the cell carriers, and it is not related to our telecom carriers. Several companies have implemented this, notably T-Mobile offers this feature at no charge, however the other carriers offer it as well. This allows numbers to be tagged by users as Scam likely, and in turn the carriers pass this along as the caller id.
