Is there any way to use the Coach, Barge-in, and Monitor features available during calls via API?
Many customers, due to various conditions, do not use AD and instead develop and use their own custom agent applications to achieve desired designs and functionalities.
However, since Coach, Barge-in, and Monitor features are not provided via API, they cannot be utilized in custom agent applications.
Therefore, we propose the development of APIs for these features.
Additionally, we request the provision of related API functionality so that chat-style texts processed and transcribed in real-time by AD after real-time STT integration can also be displayed in custom agent applications.
