Some of the customers receiving calls are getting the Called ID on their screen as SPAM. Is there a way to prevent this?

One of our Recruiters has been harassed by a caller and received approximately 25 calls from two numbers in a 20 minute period. They have requested that these two phone numbers (607-329-8866 and 607-252-4031) be blocked.…
