Question for the group here in case anyone has experience with this. Let me know if a support case ultimately needs to be opened.

We have a client that is wondering there is a way for us to include in our chat js library a public method, e.g. showFrame(), instead of them having to call…  
\*event.preventDefault(); \*  
_$(’#sp-chat-widget’).click();_

Also, will the ‘#sp-chat-widget’ change between chat services with unique IDs?
